Colonial Parking (601 Pennsylvania Ave NW): Located just one block east, this is one of the closest and most convenient garages.
SP+ Parking (320 6th St NW): Located just around the corner, only a 2-minute walk from the building.
Clara Barton Garage (616 E St NW): A highly-rated, budget-friendly option located about a 3–5 minute walk away.

For any attendees traveling by Marc or Amtrak, the Hopkins Bloomberg Center is a 10-minute ride away from Union Station.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to The Howard C. Liebengood Foundation by August 31, 2026. Cancellations received by this date are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after August 31, 2026, or for registrants who do not attend. Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
HCLF is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by registrants.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at no charge by contacting HCLF before the Symposium.
