Albert W. Wu is a practicing general internist and Fred and Juliet Soper Professor of Health Policy & Management and Medicine at Johns Hopkins. He is director of the Center for Health Services & Outcomes Research, for Strategic Collaborations for the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality, and online Masters of Applied Science in Patient Safety & Healthcare Quality. He is an expert on quality of care and outcomes. He was Senior Adviser for Patient Safety to WHO in Geneva. He is Editor-in- Chief of Journal of Patient Safety and Risk Management, and co-founder and co-director of the RISE (Resilience in Stressful Events) peer support program for healthcare workers.
